I'm not going to give all the ins and outs and whys to what I say. It would take too much writing to do so. This thread is from many hours of reading and studying and this stuff is complex and not easily understood. If you want to know more, ask me.

The end times of Bible prophecy are here. Contrary to what most churches in the US say, we have to live through a portion of it. We won't be around for the whole 7 years period, but we'll be tested. We'll get a chance to deny God or eat and live.

Some people have said the 7-year tribulation period has started. I haven't seen a definitive event yet that proves it, but it's possible. I do think it probably starts this year and maybe late March.

The bigger concern for Americans is that the US is the modern Babylon in Bible prophecy. Our country is going to be destroyed. That's why I moved out of Los Angeles in 2020.

The flipside of prophecy is what goes on daily. They're destroying our food and creating famine. They're poisoning and polluting the water and air. They're taking away jobs and trying to pile people up in cities. If you look to see what is happening in other countries, you see how they lock people up and governments all over the world are tyrannical.

The only hope is to trust God and Jesus in these perilous times. Life is about to be worse than at any point in human history. You need food and ways to purify water. You need to protect yourself from potential EMP attacks. You need to prepare for nuclear warfare because it's coming to the US.

At my point in life, I think I will not worry too much about it. If I have to ride off into the sunset, I'll have lived a good life. I have enough weapons and bullets to take a few zombies if they head this way.
Living in fear is no way to live.

Believe it or not, we are probably out of here soon. Red River Valley is spot #1, north of 82 and south of the Red. East of Gainsville and west of Sherman. Not sure that we will sell the house after 31 years. Just want a better quality of life.

A different world out there, much slower pace. I know I would love the pastoral setting and quiet, I'm just not sure if I can handle the pace. I'm in the process of ordering a headstone from a Waco company who has connections with Valley Mills. It is just a different mindset. 2-4 weeks to get things reviewed and signed and paid for, and I am impatiently tapping my feet trying to be small town chill. 😀

I hope you do though, I think it might be a better fit. Sometimes you just have to sit back, raise dogs, ride horses, and cut hay.

Looks like May 2, 2023. That is according to Amir Tsarfati’s book, “Has the Tribulation Begun?: Avoiding Confusion and Redeeming the Time in These Last Days”.

This is not the first time. Granted there has been some disturbing events of late. But the signs of the end of the age have been documented for hundreds of years. Many people have believed they were living in the end times.

And we may very well be living in the end times now, or may be on the precipice.

I will just say this. To God, one second and 1,000,000 years is the same. So, we are merely 2,100ish years beyond Christ on Earth. A fraction of time for God. Predictions of end times have been frequent. Predicted dates have come and gone and infinite number of times by an infinite number of people who thought they were onto something. Biblically speaking God said he will destroy the world, not man. So I don’t believe there will be a nuclear holocaust. The Bible also says it will be in one fell swoop. So it will basically be in an instant, or with one singular event. And the Bible speaks of fire, and the Earth melting away. Sounds like it could be nuclear way, but God said he will destroy the Earth, not man.

But will it ever happen in our lifetimes? Who knows. Statistically speaking, that’s unlikely, but certainly possible. But as slcdragonfan said, we shouldn’t live our lives in fear. That’s not living. However we all should live like the world will end tomorrow. Just not be paranoid and allow the fear to control us.

I left all the scripture out, but there is tons of scripture about this. If anyone is curious I can note my source.

I do not live in fear nor trust man or any other group, entity, etc. I live by faith and trust in God and Jesus Christ which is all based on his true word. We are living in the last and evil days and as his word says these will be the days worse than Sodom and Gomorrah and no man will know the time nor the days except the end time will come. God's word is coming to past as evil is in the world now than ever before and perilous times are beginning to be Shown. Our hope lies in constant prayer and belief in our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and living our life in truth according to his true word. And his true word is not compromised or of any private interpretation by man or any group, affiliation, or association.

You better have great aim. You’re better off praying.

Creatures of old that are only part human will be back. Many people we know to be humans will turn into somewhat of a zombie to phrase it easily. People have had dreams and visions and those things are almost impossible to kill. It will take a headshot and that might not always work.

It will pretty much only work using Jesus’ name if it comes to that.

I'm not a very good shot nowadays. I am an optimistic though. I'll scratch the name of Jesus onto every bullet.

I guess this is the theme song for this thread.

I 100% agree we have to live until we can’t live.

The events in the Bible play out over 7 years. It’s not all at once. Yes, many descriptions sound like the effects of nuclear war. When I say we’re going to get destroyed, I’m just talking about as we know it. The landmass will be around. Most people will die. There will be many invaders from other countries.

We do have a basic timeline to go by. The Bible tells us twice that 1000 years is like a day to God. He completed his work on the sabbath and rested. That’s telling us man has 6000 years before the last 1000 years or so in the millennial reign. i’ve seen a few different years on potentially what year adam was created and or sinned, but either way has us hitting 6000 by 2030. yes, i’ve seen other dates about adam, but most of them are in the same ballpark. You didn’t say it, but some people say you don’t know the time and date and why try to figure it out. it didn’t tell us we couldn’t know one or the other, nor did it say we can’t know the month or year.

i’m not going to give you any date setting, and even when you can get close, it might not be the exact date. my thoughts are from timelines in genesis and some various numbers in daniel, ezekiel, and revelation.

the guy i trust the most thinks we have a rapture slightly after the middle of the tribulation and he thinks it will start in a spring. another guy that has a lot of great info thinks it starts in the fall and the rapture will be close to the end of 7 years. they both say, just like in many prophecies, that the US is Babylon and gets destroyed. The guy I trust says it happens at the beginning and not the end. I’ll say more as I see events play out. What i do know is that almost everyone who talks about prophecy is wrong.

I do think the tribulation starts either on Nisan 1 or late March if in 2023 or Tishrei 1, which is always September or October. God said the year starts in Nisan, which is Passover month. The Jews put it in the fall with Rosh Hashanah. You do have the counting of the oner that starts in march and ends 7 weeks later in may. the US splitting up israel is the sign according to the Bible for God splitting our land. one of the guy’s i listen to has a wife that prophecies and they think “omer bringing in the Palestinian state” is tied to the counting of the omer one of these years. besides that another thing to look for is the jews running for the hills because jerusalem is overrun.

besides war, the US is going to deal with massive earthquakes, flooding, power outages, and tsumanis. suitcase nukes that have been planted since the 90’s, too.

Jesus gave the blueprint to the disciples at the olivet discourse so we could know the season. daniel was told to seal up the book until the end. only recently in the last 40-50 years have people had the visions, dreams, and prophecies about what is to come. i know there were a few others in the past, but they’ve really been coming fast lately just like the bible said would happen. only recently have people started to understand the mysteries of what the bible is telling us.

the bible warns us about what happens in the end times because we have to live through it. god wants us to prepare for it.

we already have some big revivals going on and that was prophesied for the end. here’s what’s going to happen soon. it’s going to get so bad that people are going to be confused that we’re still here because they’re expecting a pre-tribulation rapture. people are going to get mad at god and fall away in their faith while getting mad at pastors for misleading them. some will draw closer to god, but many will fall away. god showing people that teaching is wrong is also in prophecies and the person that said it believes in a pre-tribulation rapture. she doesn’t even understand yet what god was trying to show her.

hollywood and the entertainment industry know the deal. they work for satan. they know what he wants to do and when he wants to do things. satan knows the timelines. satan’s people just don’t understand they’ll be defeated. he’s convinced them they’ll win. you can learn a lot from the present and future from music, movies, and TV. they even planned 3 world wars over 150 years ago.

In the new testament, Paul and Timothy spoke to the churches and told/warned about many falling away, reprobate minds. and about false teachers/ministers/doctrines as well as Jesus saying these men who lead are just wolves in sheep clothing, imitators who call themselves God's leaders but are only there for the money not for love and caring of individual souls.
