I was going to say the delusional fans part doesn't affect the team's on the field product... but then I thought yes it does too.

Fans keep selling out that stadium and buying all that Cowboys gear which allows Jerry to keep doing what he's doing because it doesn't matter. The fans will continue to keep him rich and make him stay the same course.

Washington DT Jonathan Allen has seen what their new uniforms and new mascot name will be. His thoughts....

“I think they’re going to love it,” Allen said. “I think the whole package is complete. It’s better than I was expecting, to be honest.
