Really stoked about going to today's 1:05 game, got aisle seats on first baseline on lower level a couple of sections towards rightfield. looking at interactive seatview it looks to be great view and really close to concessions with access to the Evan Williams lounge area. Have friends coming in from Austin area that we haven't seen in a few years.

3 time World Series champion Bruce Bochy named as new manager. Wow. Big name. Been out of baseball for a couple years.

In the team’s official press release, Bochy said he is

“incredibly excited to be joining the Texas Rangers. Over the last several days, I’ve had extensive conversations with Chris Young and other individuals in the organization, and I had the chance to meet with [owner] Ray Davis. Their vision and commitment to putting together a club that can contend and win year in and year out is impressive, and I became convinced I wanted to be a part of that. If I was going to return to managing, it had to be the right situation. I strongly believe that to be the case with the Rangers, and I can’t wait to get started.”

Kuddos to CY and the owner of Rangers for going out and getting a legit starting pitcher in Jacob deGrom of Mets. Definitely a step in right direction. Need to continue with more needed pieces.
