Hardly. Our best wins have turned out not to be that great. And we haven't been as dominant as y'all. I'd switch us in the rankings.

Our wins mean nothing really. Marshall and Legacy are bad teams. Lufkin isn’t as improved as we had almost hoped, we’ll see how they do Friday.

Still feel like we should’ve beaten McKinney but they have looked really solid thus far.

Yep. They’ll have a cake walk, depending on how improved Ryan actually is (I don’t believe they are that improved tbh), all the way to the Semis. Red Oak seems like the most likely to compete but even they aren’t that scary imo.

Timberview, PA Memorial, potentially Lone Star would all want revenge on us from last year. Could easily face all three once again, depending how things fall.

Long way to go and we have a lot of improving still to do. I’m still more worried about this week and Forney than anything playoff wise.

Facts Lancaster hasnt look good but something about them still scares me lol they have way too much talent for it not to show at some point.

Bryant lost two weeks ago to a 5A Arkansas club. First loss in 54 games to an in state opponent for them.

PSJA North, currently ranked #9, got their 3 year starter at QB back this week. They thought he was out for the year. Hard to tell on the overall quality of football in the RGV but those guys looked tough against McAllen. They have some big and athletic lineman. They line up in everything from the wing T, flexbone, spread, to 5 wide. If they win handily this week at Vela, they should be the favored team to come out of that region this year.

No, I was being sincere about it. I think yall are further along than us right now. I dont see any issue with swapping us. I've been impressed with yall overall. I thought yall would struggle more without Hale and Allen but yall have been good. I figured yalls defense would be good from the jump and they have. They play with an edge and I like that.

I agree. CCVM showed last year that they were no match for College Station. I would expect PSJA North to get beat by CS or whatever other team they meet in the State Semis.

Ranking them #9 is only a nod to their record and a feel good vote. They wouldn't even beat the top 15 5A teams in DFW.

I could be wrong but I think gameday can do all regular season games. Playoffs is where it gets tricky
