Still, we need to remember, they are kids, playing a kids' game. This squad has shown an incredible propensity for making clutch plays time and time again. But again: it doesn't always work out.👍 5Comment

after the walk off hit, Hallsville Center fielder took the winning ball and chunked it into the woods behind center field. Oh and last year that same center fielders Dad who also happens to work for security at the high school, called us “a bunch of thugs” and referred to our field in “Thugview.” So for me, I have zero issues with the boys heading out to their “H.” Hallsville has always been total chumps on the Diamond. I’m sure that piece of humble Pie was pretty sour.

Wasn't always pretty on the football field but he left on a high note and is playing next level which is all that matters.
Could've been a state championship winning QB with better playcalling.Comment

Not enough Lobo football talk around here. Fine, I'll break the ice lol
Remains to be seen if we've officially switched to a more 1 back look offensively...but thought we'd look at some post spring lineups with updated H/W.
Here's what I think our best starting unit is today and when you start looking at the pieces, the offense looks really good. I'll only do 11, 12, 21 and 22 personnel for now. We could get deeper but we'll be here all day lol
I wont add QB to the lineups just yet. Although things do trend toward Maverick Rowe (5'8.5 160) today, DD Williams (6'5 190) is still an interesting story....and Andrew Tutt (5'11 175) is still alive and well in the race. Just been busy with this baseball run. Not to mention the Taylor Tatum thing. For now though, leaving him at RB1.

A ton that we could do. Probably could toy around with some 5 wide this year too. Playcalling and creativity will determine the overall potential of the O. But I'm not much worried at all about the pieces. Don't forget, you got the Washington's in the backfield too.....lawd.👍 2Comment
