Man, that would be INSANE! We have to not only address but, rectify our defense in the worst way going into the SEC Conference. You better have a defense in that conference even if you can barely put points on the board offensively.

I'm pretty sure It's a race between Michigan and USC. A lot of the "experts" seem to be trending that way with him.

Honestly, with his style of play, if it was me, I would actually choose USC. Not going to the SEC as a running back (with Tatum's style of play) to take that abuse.

Obviously, I would love for him to go to OU, but I can see the multiple benefits of going to USC... Not only the level of competition (until they go Big Ten), but the ancillary benefits of playing sports in a major media market. Being at USC will afford him numerous endorsement and influencer opportunities that aren't available elsewhere.

However, he would be almost certain to have multiple head coaches during his collegiate career. Lincoln Riley's gone as soon as Caleb Williams is. Then it'll be Kliff Kingsbury, who's not exactly known for producing NFL backs.

Michigan is a great choice, not only does it have a solid recent history of putting RB's in the League, but its academics are elite. A UM degree opens doors anywhere.

There are pluses and minuses wherever he chooses. But he's at the level where he can't lose. It all comes down to what he wants.

Tatum would get his in pretty much any offense but yeah I agree. I said a while back that he'd look godly in a Lincoln Riley offense. I have similar thoughts about Sark's offense.

Jimbo is terrible! I love Texas, but I still want to see if Sark (not 30 billionaires) will be allowed to set the culture there. The Maalik Murphy situation will show us if old habits die hard. He will be OK where ever he goes, but I like him a lot with Lincoln Riley.
