1 to private school last year (he has done well and I understand) and the "move-ins" from HP (2 players in the family) are apparently moving out.

Tough to afford living in the area.

For instance, we've been in this house for 31 years and our tax bill is bigger than the original mortgage was with taxes and insurance.

It's gonna get worse before it gets better.

I don't know how young families do it.
