Lagway and Mettauer are the top two.

Grand Oaks has a future star in Grant Smith. Texas A&M offer.



And Oak Ridge got Nederlands starter transferred in. He’s 6’5 210.


College Park has Conner Dunphy. He’s probably playing WR, but he was 1st team All-District as a 9th grader, and had some injuries the last two years. He can play QB too though.

The first thing that comes to mind was there was a certain level of intensity that Coach Schmid would coach with in games at The Woodlands.

I know that’s been mentioned here in the past in regards to Coach Rapp.

I don’t watch Oak Ridge close enough anymore to know how the two coaches compare these days.

Woodlands already played both these guys last year. And will probably play them both this year again.

Definitely game planned away from Simmons.

Williams is a freak too though. 6’2 210 and ran a 4.44 forty at the Houston ESPN Under Armor camp. He ran a 10.9 and in the 100 meter in 2022 as a sophomore.

He’s go top end WR speed with LB size.
