    More like a “plaq-ue” partner…lol

Just gotta be sure about my pick before I pick it but I don’t assume NS is even in the final. I’m just thinking region three and the Houston area region two is gonna be too tough for the rest of the state soon.
Now for some reason Westfield goes and slaps NS around and then as usual Westfield goes ahead and does their thing. Of course NS plays lower level at the start of the season.

I stand corrected- didn’t see todays game but not surprised by outcome Brennan didn’t look as good as LT up front from what I had seen.

No. Not what you need to focus on. Burton is not the guy you need to worry about no matter how many stars are next to his name on 247sports. Win the trenches and contain DJ. NS should be favored but LT is better up front than you’re used to from them. Their passing game is erratic. Good enough to pop a play or two but not enough to beat a defense like NS through the air

Looks like we’re going to be playing Lake Travis

Your guys needed the experience in man-to-man coverage against solid receivers moving forward with Lake Travis and beyond. 2.) Brown was/is inaccurate with the deep ball so the risk was minimized. He didn’t really give much of a reason to respect the deep ball because he couldn’t put it in the receivers hands. However, if Atascocita had Bert Emmanuel Jr… Maybe there’d be a reason to respect his arm and to zone-out.

That’s what I saw last night. Only NS defenses I saw better than this one is 2003 & 2018. Didn’t see a lot of the 2015 defense to accurately rank it but it got the school it’s 2nd title so of course it was legit. NS secondary won’t see any WRs better than what they faced last night. The pressure that front 7 brings is unmatched by any other high school. Atascocita is one of the only offenses I’ve ever seen make NS defense get out of Cover 0. I know Manvel made them adjust before not sure on too many others. Coach Kay is the man and definitely challenging Joseph for best coach in GHA

Both quarterbacks would do good to attend all the camps they can this off season. Both improved over the season, but they both have a lot of improvements to make before next season.

Perfect summary of the 2021 offense

What happen to Zion? Even in the first matchup against NS he didn’t look this bad.
Big stage and a lot on the line. He’s a hardworking resilient kid who will come back stronger next year. NS DL dominated pretty much the story of this one. I’ve complained about the passing game being too simple but the running game needs more creativity.

Sessions would’ve hit the hot reads sooner and given freedom to make on field adjustments
