    Looks about right.
“I think we’re in a great spot,” Carter said. “We’ve got to get bigger and stronger still. That’s always been the deal for us when we’ve fallen short. We couldn’t stop the run, and we couldn’t hold up with our offensive front. The work we do this summer is going to be very important.”

HP and Aledo would lose to LT, Longview, Katy, SLC and Westlake.

meh....national rankings are garbage....the best LA team is not even on there and would smash the 3 listed...

Very Calpreps influenced. Surprised La Vega didn't make the cut.

I am a little shocked that Dville is ranked ahead of SLC for that reason.

This one looks a little better than the last one that was posted, still has a few weird ones though regarding Texas.

I remember defending Allen in the last one but they are massively overrated in this one. Highland Park and Aledo being so high is questionable but still reasonable.

edit: Just noticed they have Dville higher than NS. OK...

By the end of the year, I can see Allen in the top 20. They are young, but very talented with a D1 QB that is flying under the radar. Oh, and he runs a 4.3 40. Allen has done well with speedy QBs.

I don't doubt them being high after the season. But, I couldn't in good conscience rank them higher than LT, Longview, or Katy in the preseason.

THE Allen High School Eagles seem to respond after a dismal semifinal finish the previous year.

                      I expect guns ablazin'!
